Clause 1: Object
The terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of QUIVER SAS (Slicy’s owning company) and its customer in connection with the sale of the goods present on the shop of www.slicy-products.com.
Any acts performed by QUIVER SAS implies the buyer’s full adherence to these terms and conditions of sale.
Clause 2: Price
The prices of goods sold are those in effect on the day of ordering. They are denominated in euros and calculated tax-free. As a result, they will be increased by the VAT rate and transport costs applicable on the day of the order.
QUIVER SAS has the right to change its rates at any time. However, it undertakes to charge the goods ordered at the prices indicated when the order is registered.
Clause 3: Payment Terms
Order payments are made:
- credit card
- bank transfert
The payment period is 30 days after the order is shipped (for transfer and bank debit payments).
The payment period by credit card is immediate.
Clause 4: Delivery
Delivery is made:
• by handing the goods directly to the buyer;
• at the place indicated by the buyer on the purchase order.
The delivery time is 3 to 15 working days. It is given here only as an indication and is in no way guaranteed.
As a result, any reasonable delay in the delivery of the products will not result in the buyer’s benefit from:
• the allocation of damages;
• cancellation of the order.
The transport issue is supported by the buyer.
In case of missing or deteriorated goods during transport, the buyer will have to formulate all necessary reservations on the purchase order for the goods. These reservations must also be confirmed by email within five days of delivery.
Clause 5: Shipping costs
The conditions on shipping are:
In France :
– 15€ ex-tax for all orders with a total amount of less than 350 euros ex-tax.
– Free for all orders with a total amount of more than 350 euros ex-tax.
In EU :
– 25€ ex-tax for all orders with a total amount of less than 500 euros ex-tax.
– Free for all orders with a total amount of more than 500 euros ex-tax.
International :
- quotation on demand / No free shipping
These conditions apply only to Professional Dealers. Distributors are not affected by this rule.
